Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Home Bakery, each cake and dessert is handcrafted to order with the utmost care.
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are limited.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
• After this period, ingredients and preparations begin, and cancellation cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed in cases of:

• Incorrect delivery
• Damage during transit (with proof provided immediately upon delivery)

Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.

Quality Concerns

If you face any issue with the product quality, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos and details.

We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
